Cancelation Policy

Due to the number of late cancellations, The Clip Joint Salons will now operate under a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact our guest relations team to cancel or reschedule your services within 24 hours of your reserved time. This ensures that our stylists are given the opportunity to fill these gaps in a timely manner. Our stylists reserve the right to charge a rebooking/cancelation fee to your next appointment in the event of a late cancellation or “no call, no show”.


Late Arrival

Traffic, meetings, Starbucks... life can make it hard to arrive on time. In order to ensure you receive the most from your service, we ask that you please notify us of your late arrival. If you will be more than 15 minutes past your reserved time we ask that you kindly reschedule. We appreciate your understanding as we want to make this an enjoyable experience for you and our staff. Please note that in the event one of our staff is running behind schedule we will do our best to extend the same courtesy of a call as to not interfere with your schedule.

Product Refund/Exchange

“It’s always better when you do it!”

If our professionally recommended products do not “do it” for you, we will accept this minimally used product for an exchange or salon product credit within 14 days of the original purchase. We reserve the right to deny exchange or salon credit based on the amount of product used or past the 14 days exchange period. Salon credit may be used only for product and not services


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and check. Gift cards are available upon request at both salon locations.

Can I use my gift card at either location?

Of course you can!

Why are prices “starting at”?

Our stylists have many years of experience and have continued their education to serve you better. Prices are at their discretion based on their level of knowledge and experience.
